Profile
Fortunately, the Dolucs that swim around the shores of Cape Moor are a disinterested and otherwise harmless bunch! They tend to keep to themselves, but have also been observed to have moments of curiosity where they may swim close to someone in the water before dashing away back to their family.
Dolucs are carnivorous, but, despite their size, prefer to eat smaller prey. They had no known predators until The Tarpus came to Cape Moor and wiped out most of the population. Today, the two species have settled into a sort of coexistence - with the Tarpus' size determined by the current population of Dolucs, and the Dolucs dedicated to large packs that can safely defend against smaller packs of Tarpus' and even large solitary females.
Dolucs' live in the rocky outcroppings surrounding Cape Moor and tend not to swim into open waters. There's theorized to be a giant system of interconnecting underwater tunnels beneath the land that the Dolucs' use to get around.
