Dr. Eiji

Eiji is not a well-mannered, cleaned up doctor by any means. He's very rough around the edges, but despite his serious attitude, he has a sense of humor, a very dry one, where it's hard to tell if he's joking. 

As an underground doctor, Dr. Eiji will help anyone who needs help (preferably if they have cash). When it comes to gang fueds, he doesn't favor either side. He just does his job. Not only does he fix up people who can't go to regular hospitals, but he's also quite a talented tattoo artist. Many of his clients see him for both reasons.

Everyone trusts Eiji because he doesn't give a shit about the ins-and-outs of their dealings, so he won't blab, but he picks up a lot of loose information during his appointments. He doesn't talk about others behind their backs nor does he talk about himself or his own past. Although he can quite critical of his clients, they have an unspoken bond, and he's loyal to them. 

You can trust him with your life as long as you don't mind the shady stuff he's up to.
