A major agent for the theocracy. Keeps it safe from outsiders, and keeps the insiders within. Does whatever the government tells him to, but hates it. Hates them, hates the pet status of the people within, and hates the experiments. Didn't like growing up as an experiment, and hated the tests. He doesn't think most of these creatures deserve to exist in pain, but the government disagrees. He doesn't speak up, but wants changes. Hansha is mixed with a dragon, which are exceedingly hard to come across, so he automatically has a major status among agents and was automatically marked as leader of the agents.
One of Hansha's abilities is magic, which comes in the form of a goo that floats off of his body at will. It can form into different creatures, or even into armor or extra appendages for him. He can make wings, or any other things that he thinks will help him at any given moment. He also has a dragon form that he can shift into, but it's exhausting so he runs out of energy fairly quickly after a transformation.
Part of his magic allows him to create eyes anywhere he wants, even covering walls with eyes in order to intimidate others or other things. He can also leave an eye on an item, it can move very far away, and he can still see out of it, which helps a lot with surveillance and keeping a lookout for enemies or incoming foes.

- Eyes and stripes on his tail are not optional.
- His sclera are white in human form, and in his dragon form they just look like animal eyes with no whites of the eyes.
- He has cat ears on his head, semi-hidden by his fluffy hair.
- He is muscular and I prefer for him to only be drawn muscular.

Hansha is a very quiet, stoic man. He was raised under a very strict ruler who personally taught him, and had him taught, to be a quiet agent who did everything he was told. He was taught to never speak unless spoken to, and to never second-guess the things his superiors commanded of him. However, as he grew older, Hansha ended up becoming the superior, with no one to tell him what to do other than the leader. Around this time, he began to tap into his empathy and emotions, seeing the people around him hurting and in pain, sometimes because of his actions.
With this new realization, the dragon began to like the leader less and less, but he kept quiet about it and began to work behind the scenes to make things better for the people under the government's rule. He prefers to work in the shadows and use his slime to watch other agents, and to be subtle about his lack of listening to the one who raised him. Hansha's main goal as an adult is to find peace for the people in his nation before they all end up dead from the leader's inhumane experiments. He wants the best for everyone and is willing to give his life for them without a second thought. As long as things are better, his life is the least he could give for his nation.

Hansha can use his magic to control a sentient slime that came to being when he was first experimented on as a baby dragon. He can control it to be a shield, or a weapon to help him in almost any way he can think of. Mainly, though, he uses it to spy on others by leaving a small piece of it in random places and looking through them. If the pieces he leaves behind get damaged, though, it does hurt him quite badly.

Hansha is stronger than the average human when in that form, due to being half dragon. He can lift 10x his own weight. Once he shifts into a dragon, he is even more powerful, able to take out buildings with his tail with ease.
Shapeshifting

Hansha considers this a weakness of his, since he shifts to his dragon form when he loses his temper or loses control. His dragon form is exceedinbly powerful and hard for him to control due to all of the years being forced to ignore it unless the Leader needed it for destruction and to put fear into the cult members' hearts. He has an odd relationship with his dragon form, but is beginning to learn to control it and come to terms with the fact that he has it.
