Phantasm

A Rainwing assassin. They look a lot younger than they actually are. They barely ever talk at all, and love lurking in the shadows. They specialize in gathering as much info about a target so they know exactly the perfect way to take them out. They are a bit of a legend in Rainwing society; some fear them, some think they don't exist at all, some will tell scary stories to their children to get them to behave. They're not really all that malicious, though, it's just part of the job. But they do have eyes and ears everywhere, just in case someone becomes their next target.
