Metal Needlem0use/Harras is a fan character of the analog horror series based on Sonic exe called Needlem0use.
The name "Haras" was suggested by Mr.Sketchy from the Needlem0use discord server, it is Sarah reversed, but i added an extra r to make that about 1.7% less obvious.
Then it was changed to "Harris" since that's an actual name.
