Abigail was encased within a stone as a punishment from her own realm with her 'mis-character' aka she seemed less interested in fulfilling demonic duties and felt entirely lazy to drain beings of their lifeforce by her inherent talents. She also, being half-dragon, didn't have to rely on it nearly as much to get by and could eat normally as well... Kind of convenient! It allowed her to slack off, eat tons of junk food, and focus her interests in learning ... How to play video games!
