Yoko

Yoko was born mute, so she had trouble making friends with the other kittoms and spent a lot of time by herself out in nature with plants and animals. They couldn't talk to her anyways, so it didn't matter that she was mute, and she became good at befriending them. One fateful day, she pulled a thorn out of a withering sapling, and was granted a fey boon: the three wisps that follow her wherever she goes. The wisps adapted to her and became her new "voice", making chime noises that reflected her mood when she would want to communicate. This made it a bit easier to make friends with other Elnins, and although she was very shy / hesitant to go back into society, her wisps and animal friends encouraged her and she made some new friends. She also started carrying around a notebook to make notes on things she learned about Elnin society and customs - since there were so many things to learn!

As time passed she became much friendlier with other Elnins, and made a lot of friends! She was able to use her notebook to get across to Elnin who had a hard time understanding her - though she much prefers not having to resort to this since it makes her feel pretty out of place. She's very thankful to all the friends she's made who took the time to get to know her and she can feel comfortable around just being herself!

Sale Flavor Text:

This elnin has always walked with the favor of the Spring Court (perhaps if only because the generally good-natured fey liked the bright and cheery color of her eyes). But this elnin earned herself a boon from a passing sylph one day after she removed a thorny vine from around a withering sapling. The sylph, overjoyed at the act of kindness, bade three spring wisps to follow the elnin so that she may have warmth and light wherever she might go.
