Lautrec

    Lautrec was taken from her native planet by humans for research purposes. At the laboratory she tried to communicate with the scientist responsible for her, who could percieve her nature as benevolent. Unfortunately, during a direct communication attempt, Lautrec ended up taking over - and in the process killing - the scientist's body. Access to his memories (and temporarely what was left of his consciousness) made her aware of what she had done, not to mention the implications of it. Though in his last moments the scientist understood lautrec's intentions and accepted her in his body, the guilt made lautrec seek and switch to a robotic body, keeping the scientist's name in his homage.

• Lautrec's robot body is covered by a thick yet flexible sillicone-like "skin" that offers a good impact protection, makes her able to immerse completely underwater and has tons of nanowiring giving her a sense of touch and pain. Her belly area doesnt had metal under skin for flexibility reasons, making one able to subtly see the plant infection below.
• Her skin is grayed out as time made the robot's white skin pigments go away - its translucid now, showing a bit of the dark underneath.
• The plant part glows bluer inside thanks to all the electricity passing through it. The plant is entwined through every part of the robot inside, working as muscles and certain parts modified to work as organs. 
• No part of lautrec's gears are exposed: The plant is mixed with the skeleton and inner body, above it comes a fabric-like "underskin" that is covered by those armour-like plates (who also have skin above them). The underskin areas might be seen as weak spots but the fabric is really thick.
• Its possible to draw lautrec without the glowing vines showing below the underskin. 
• Lautrec has a velvety-like matte coat on her rather than a shiny metallic feel.
• Due to how the plant part is everywhere, if cut lautrec will bleed.
• Lautrec is plantigrade. The leg plates protude giving a digitigrade feel.

• Lautrec's language knowledge was kept from the scientist she assembled with. As a result, she got his voice and accent. (french)
• Lautrec refs to herself as female because the original Lautrec referred to her as a girl.
• Her body is assembled from diff robots made by the same producer: Most of the upper body is from different showcase robots, the torso area from companion androids, the legs from security robots. She isnt suited for battle.
• The most expensive part of her body is the head - not for functionality but because it was scavanged from on old award winning showcase bot. Her legs being parts of the police patrol bots make she looks like some sort of fancy frankenstein with bootleg arms.
