Overview
The roaring river of Liyue! Chao-Xing is a Hydro Polearm residing in Liyue. Similarly to Ganyu and Shenhe, they were raised by Cloud Retainer, albeit much later than their fellow "siblings". Chao, as oppossed to Shenhe feels rather in touch with the people of Liyue. They often visit the harbor in search of commissions to undertake, gaining a reputation as a powerful asset for any adventuring party.
