Theyre actually villains who snuck into the hero course as students and im torn between wanting them to betray people or end up liking everyone, not wanting to hurt anyone or get info and learn about friendship and love n stuff djskhd Their mother died giving birth to them both and their father got angry about losing his wife and took it out on them physically as kids so they ran away and found the villain headquarters (or well were suffering on their own together and got taken under the wing of Tomura Shiguraki [hand dude] probably) They were born on Valentines Day so they really hate seeing couples and ppl being in love and it reminds them of their mother even though they only had a picture of her and didnt have much to go off of but she seemed like a kind woman.
