Dice is an enigmatic loner, a lunatic with a mission from God, and it is its own god. As far as supervillains go, Dice is an anomaly, and no one really knows what its deal is. Having stabbed both superheroes and villains in the back, It has refused alliances with even the most sympathetic powers that be. No one really goes *looking* for Dice-- at least, not successfully. If It wants to talk to you, It will do so. If it wants you dead, it'll happen eventually...
Its supervillain title is The Chancemaker, but no one really 'gets' how its powers work, or how much control Dice has over it. It's all a bit of random chance, and sometimes its more reckless experiments go wrong in very devastating ways. Somehow, it always seems to escape from these incidences unscathed. In any moment, it can make even the most improbable thing happen, usually relating to failing machinery, sudden explosions, spontaneous human combustion, and occasionally freak weather. The more unsettled it becomes, the less control it has. That is a REALLY good reason it sticks to itself and refuses to align itself with any party. Except The Tesseract, of course, because shit can't be easy...
