Pierce is loyal to nobody but his closest friends. Don't let his charisma and good humor fool you, he is not someone to be trusted, as he won't hesitate to turn around and betray you the moment he feels it would benefit him. He has a very small  group of friends in the first place, picking who he chooses to trust  and hang around with very carefully. he still wouldn't put his life on  the line for even his closest friend, caring more about himself than anyone else. 

He is highly intelligent and observant, able to pick up subtle signals and emotions from whoever he’s talking to. He frequently uses this to his advantage, easily gaining others trust or getting things he wants. 

Pierce likes to have everything neat and perfectly organized. If not, it can be a serious source of stress for him. drinking is often his first response to stress, though he knows it's something he shouldn't do. He does try to find alternate solutions, but frequently finds himself falling back to  drinking anyway.

He's a natural shot, and is extremely skilled with ranged weapons, his favorite method being sniping. On the other hand, he's not very good at close range combat, even though he's gotten himself training. As a result he tries to avoid getting up close and personal with his targets.

Artist note:

The second outfit (with the mask) is only worn when he’s out on assassination contracts, and he will usually be using a sniper rifle instead of engaging in close combat. The glock/knife are just always on him for emergencies.
