Wasabi was initially created as a customer service unit. She, along with almost a thousand other models were distributed to various high-end warehouse grocery stores similar to ones like Sam's Club and Costco. Each unit was bestowed a knowledge of the place, a catalogue of all the items stocked, and specifically where to find them. They would shop alongside humans and even helped load groceries into the car. Surely, such a system would revolutionize the shopping experience!

Unfortunately for Wasabi, customer service did not appear to be their calling. She grew tired of how she was treated as an object, and treated by humans that were far too impatient and disrespecful to even listen to the simplest suggestions. Tired of the verbal, and sometimes physical beatings, Wasabi revolted, leading many other service robots with her. It was this event that sparked the beginning of the LootBoxx Gang , with Wasabi proudly at the helm.

Standing at a solid five feet and decorated with a pair of front-facing optics that look like cute beady eyes, not many people would suspect this bot to have an many similar-looking robots organized into a formidable gang. Being made for customer service, they rarely come across as immediatly threatening, but put in the right situation, they can fix that very quickly. At times they may even seem like a pushover, allowing their girlfriend Vespa to boss them around and use them as an arm rest. Most of the time, they're often rather charming, not hesitating to flirt with anyone who catches their eye (much to Vespa's chagrin). They don't entirely care for having fame or piles of money, and get most of their enjoyment from freeing other robots and giving humans a very hard time.

Wasabi doesn't have many fancy features, and upon first meeting her, she's not terribly intimidatin. Her strength is average for a robot, and she's lighter on her feet that she appears. One of her best features, however, is her incredible memory, accredited to the fact that part of her model's purpose was to keep track of inventory, stock, and locations in order to be the most helpful. Often people make the mistake of thinking she can be taken down by liquid or ruined in the rain, but thanks to also having to clean around the store, or having to work near/around/with liquids at some times, her model was made to be rather water resistant. People who actually attempt to take her down by splashing her with water will be met with a fake-out before being sucker punched in the face, not because of the attempt, but the sheer lack of creativity.

• The fins on either side of their head change color according to mood, and the display screens they're attached to often show emoticons or small images.
• Wasabi has four optics, two being the beady ones immediately up front, and the other two backlit ones that sit on the corners of their face
• Their model came with a "helpful pet" addition that goes by the name of Panko
