Apperance: Her hair is a mix between seafoam green and a light blue it depends on the light you're in. She keeps her hair in ringlets and often has two ringlets that are tighter that fall on the sides of her face. She sometimes has a braid in her hair as either a band or one that goes across her forehead. 

Personality: Ceren is very focused on her goal of becoming the ruler of the kingdom. She does not want to fill the land with prosperity. What she wants to do is plunge it into chaos. She wants to be the all seeing ruler however she wants there to be no power other than her. Under her rule there is no hierarchy it is just her and chaos. If you want land kill your neighbor, if you don’t want to pay taxes kill the lord. She even will welcome threats of people trying to dethrone her, she just won't be as easy to kill. 

 Backstory: Ceren spent most of her life underwater living with other sirens, she often changed form to go on land. Her water life was very carefree and maternal. She often liked hunting other sea creatures and eating them. She also enjoyed being the stereotypical siren and leading men/sailors to their death with her song/beauty. When she went up on land she found that the people who lived on land were quite mundane. She felt that they lived too strictly and because of this people were not able to be their true authentic selves. Instead they had to be law abiding citizens instead of the vicious, cunning terrible people she knew they could be.

Hobbies: Ceren likes to cook and enchant things with spells. She enjoys reading, but her favorite thing to do is spill blood. Be it with her fists over drinks in a tavern or in battle.
