Brelt is a rare case- a soul kept in this place, held by two of the fears that inhabit the world; Necrophobia- Death, and Philophobia- Love.

When he was alive, Brelt had a significant other who he loved more than anything, and on a last-minute holiday rush to get them a gift, he got into an accident on his motorcycle, and didn't make it out of it. He has no idea that he's dead, nor will he listen when anyone says he's a ghost. He never got that gift, so he's been trying to find his way back home, to reunite with his love... but he's been wandering for an awful long time, and there's no chance that his darling is still walking the earth. Being held by two of the fears keeps him from finding them, anyways. So, for now, he just kinda... goes from place to place, asking around, trying to find any information on the person he loved most.

With no luck, obviously. He's starting to forget who they even are.
