Kyanite

They try their best to be kind and considerate to everyone they meet, but they have trouble picking up body language so can come off as rude or ignorant. They’re very intelligent but struggle with anxiety, and are constantly pushing themself to do better. They’re the mom friend of their group, and are always ready to share advice, trivia and memes. They love creating things and giving them to their friends. Their moral compass is strong, and will override their loyalty to their friends in some situations. They love heights, shapeshifting, and swimming, but have a phobia of ants.

Kyanites on Homeworld were made as a cheaper alternative to Lapis Lazulis, with weaker hydrokinesis and an inability to fly without shapeshifting. Ky was abandoned on Earth when they were no longer needed after the Gem War and have been traveling around the planet ever since.
