The high school history teacher that's always snapping at you to pay attention.
Too bad he's too much of a grump. And not human.

There is much to Alcott's past that is left shrouded in mystery. He was the first of two born by a demon mother and angel father, and soon found himself on the streets when the allure of forbidden romance wore off. As he spent months trying to earn money for him and his brother, he was captured by a mysterious imp and sold off like an object.
What happened next? No one knows. Alcott never talks about it. Eventually he found his freedom, one stuck in a passionless marriage that garnered five children before he filed for divorce. Now he lives meagerly in a small shack of a home, teaching a history class for bratty kids at a run down high school.

It's a tough life, but there ain't no rest for the wicked.

Notes: I don't know if you know this, but there's a pretty popular form of RP that involves school settings. I LOVED making teachers. My dad was a teacher, you know. He was a history teacher, and I always heard stories from his past students about how he was this cool, tough guy that didn't take anyone's sh-t. So I based Alcott's personality around that. Don't get me wrong, this isn't, like, an insert. He's inspired, but he has his own life and his own, well, everything.

Personality: Alcott is a mixture between stoic and grumpy. He always looks like you've done something to irritate him, and he'll usual grumble something to further convince you of this. He's tough and likes to yell, kind of like a coach. Despite that, he has his tender moments. Especially if you end up being his lover.

Non-Human Abilities:

Wings - He can use them to fly, although it's not guaranteed it'll work. He hasn't used his wings in so long that he's more than sure they're too weak to support him. Even if they're not, he's sure he can't remember how to use them.

Fire - A perk to not being fully human. He believes it comes from his demon blood, but he never pursued any knowledge over it. Only uses it to light his cigarettes.

Demon/Angel Side - When the moon is either new or full, Alcott's wings will become fully white or fully black respectively with the moon. This change isn't just limited to his wings. He himself will undergo a change, either becoming a full angel or full demon for that night only. All it affects is his mood, as he'll either suddenly have the patience of a saint or the temper of a, well, not saint.

Drawing Details: Almost always has a cigarette in his mouth, as well as a scowl. Keeps simple clothes. Wings are optional, as he usually keeps them closed tight enough to be like tattoos- his right wing is white and left is black.

Fun/Extra Facts:

- Boston boy, even in accent.

- A typical dad that likes barbecues, sports, and tools.

- Used to love golfing but has stopped due to a recent fear of golf clubs.

- There are probably Hawaiian shirts somewhere in his closet.

- Subconsciously lets out the occasional dad joke.

- Even though he's not technically human, he's still very much the same as them, especially with his old man stamina.
