Delilah Löfgren-Cremona
About
Delilah is a loud, imaginative second grader with boundless amounts of energy. She's very hyperactive and spends a lot of her time running around outside. She likes to act out weird scenarios, pick flowers, kick dirt around, and scream at and chase birds (or other animals should she see them). She has a very limited social circle (her sister, her siblings in-law, and their friends) and has no friends who are her age at all, so she tends to make up a ton of imaginary friends to keep her company. She doesn't necessarily mind it, though -- after all, she is very imaginative. Due to the fact that she spends a lot of her time outdoors, she has built up a lot of physical strength, making her even stronger than her older (admittedly skinnier and more frail) sister.
As for her academic life, she's homeschooled by her sister Penny and sister in-law Hollie. Hollie handles most of the academics, seeing herself as more fit than Penny to handle this kind of thing. Penny still pitches in, educating Delilah on more social topics. Either way, Delilah hates her homeschooling. She wouldn't fare any better in traditional schooling, either. She just hates having to learn in a structured way. However, due to her sister in-law's dedication to educating, she's essentially forced to continue learning.

Backstory
past
Delilah was (and still is) raised by her sister Penny. The two girls' father died before Delilah's birth, whereas their mother died a few months after Delilah's birth, due to post-partum complications. Penny knew that she had to provide for her sister, so she did. As a baby, Delilah was relatively fussy and very vocal. She always kept Penny and Hollie on their toes... which only worsened once she hit her toddler years and began to become much more active. She hit many developmental milestones abnormally early, making it harder for the couple to keep up with her.
Present
Now, Delilah is still a child, but much older. Because she's older, she's way more difficult to keep up with, but Penny and Hollie do what they can. The biggest hurdle they have is educating her, considering she hates school -- despite being homeschooled. She doesn't throw tantrums (at least, not anymore), but she does ignore her lessons and voice her lack of interest to an annoying degree. Besides this, she's a relatively happy kid. She loves spending time with her sister, sisters in-law, and their friend group, but she's also perfectly content with spending time alone. It's easy for her to keep entertained -- she finds fun almost anywhere and everywhere.

Penny Löfgren-Cremona [ Older Sister ]
Delilah's biological sister and caretaker. She's basically Delilah's mom, dad, and older sister all rolled up into one person. Delilah practically has Penny wrapped around her finger -- she dotes on her like no tomorrow. Penny provides almost everything for Delilah, from basic necessities to frivolous items she definitely does not need. Delilah doesn't entirely understand the weight of not having any parents yet, but either way, she's very grateful for her big sister.
Hollie Ellington [ Older Sister in-law ]
Hollie is Penny's wife, making her Delilah's big sister in-law. Hollie isn't necessarily as doting as Penny, but still strongly cares for Delilah nonetheless. She prioritizes Delilah's education and is in charge of disciplining her, which is actually a rather large source of friction for the two girls. Delilah hates school, whereas Hollie is very adamant about Delilah receiving any sort of education, which leads to bickering between the two. Despite this, Delilah still loves Hollie and Hollie still loves Delilah.
Reese Lyndon [ Older Sibling in-law]
Reese is Penny's partner, making them Delilah's big sibling in-law (though they are not married to Penny yet). Delilah loves Reese due to the fact that they're so gullible. Delilah is rather cunning and manipulative for a kid, so it's very easy to trick Reese into spoiling her.
Gabby Rutherford [ Friend ]
Penny and Reese's friend. Delilah loves Gabby -- she thinks they're the coolest person in the world, due to their unique style. She's always pestering Gabby to do her makeup, dress her up, and so on. Gabby honestly isn't the biggest fan of children, but they still will play along with Delilah's antics, just to make her happy.
Valerie Rutherford [ One-sided Friendship ]
Gabby's younger sister. Since she and Gabby are pretty similar in their personal styles, Delilah is also all over Valerie since she's so impressed by her sense of style. Valerie, on the other hand, is terrified of Delilah, due to how she's practically the opposite of Valerie. Delilah is loud and outgoing, but Valerie is quiet and mild-mannered. This, paired with the fact that Delilah is a hyperactive kid, makes Valerie strongly fear Delilah.
