Domin'wo never intended to become a hero when he first set foot into Eorzea. His original plan was relatively simple; he would wander the continent as a humble adventurer in search of his six older brothers: Domin'a, Domin'to, Domin'li, Domin'sae, Domin'ra, and Domin'ir. But planisphere in hand and divining deck at the hip, Domin'wo's reputation unintentionally became that of Eorzea's champion: the Warrior of Light.

Alongside his quiet-but-reliable bodyguard, he would be called upon again and again to save the realm by slaying primals and quelling wars while keeping silent about the fact that he doesn't actually possess any primal-slaying capability. All of his allies would come to assume it was him that was Hydaelyn's chosen, and he would forever miss the chance to speak up about the fact that his bodyguard was the one that truly posessed Hydaelyn's blessing. Left in too awkward a situation to admit the truth, he would somehow manage to tie their fates together with astromancy and desperate begging so that they would rarely be seen apart, making it easier to maintain the lie that is the Warrior of Light.

If he had taken up astromancy sooner, perhaps he could have written the movement of the stars to keep him out of the mess that he got himself into.
