Trivia
- Rosecap's designation comes from her overly positive, almost rose-tinted view of the world.
- Rose keeps a backup "diary" of all the most important memories she has, in the event that if she ever has to go through with a full reboot, she'll be able to be herself again.
- Rose's frame completely lacks any weapons, to her displeasure.
Here's what I'm like!
Rose is an Elite Guard Junior Officer, but doesn't really do much legitimate guardwork. Her position equates more to a deskjob than a proper officer, filing reports, recording data, ect. she does genuinely want to help out and do more, but is often looked down on for her size and ditzy tendencies.
Youth
Protoformed to be a scout used for surveying, mapping, and blueprinting, Rosecap wound up with a flawless memory system. She was often passed around various work sites, to which she often joked about how hard it is to be a minibot in that field, until finding a more permanent position working around with a pair of high flying twins.
After their selection by the Elite Guard, Rosecap wound up falling into a dull depression until she made the resolve to enlist in the Autobot Academy and attempt to remain close to them.
Change
Due to her small frame and passive nature, Rose wound up failing all physical exams which placed her back into the same mundane routine. However, with some messy persuasion from Jetfire and Jetstorm, Jazz looked over her results once again and discovered abnormally high scoring in all mental and written tests, as well as perfect marks on her second run of the Academy's stealth course- a feat practically unheard of. Bringing this to Ultra Magnus, her unique abilities appeared to prove more useful than originally expected and she was called back in for a proposal.
Rosecap, not wanting to lose this opportunity, accepted becoming a glorified secretary to the Elite Guard, willing to sacrifice her own memories with constant data transfers in order to stay with the twins, who were unaware of the full extent of her job. It also made it easier for them to miss her personality becoming far less competent as the transfers often risked taking more than just the information it was supposed to.
You wanna know my past?
Rosecap worked with the twins back when they were still grounders, the trio incredibly close and affectionate with each other. After getting over the horror of the twins not actually being offline as she'd been led to believe (and getting used to new designations), Rosie decided to try and follow in their footsteps and join the guard. Despite new responsibilities and busy schedules, the boys still held their feelings for her, although never did much to show it. Not until after she was kidnapped by a group of rogue Cons and her true thoughts of uselessness and inadequecy surfaced. Once she was home safe, the twins properly confessed their love for the minibot, assuring that they will do everything in their power to make sure she knows it.
Jazz, being the smooth talking, aft kicking ninja-bot he is, was more than happy to accommadate a new member of the team. He's often her shelter from unwanted scoldings from Sentinel and either tries to take her side (when justifiable) or remain perfectly neutral and help her to learn from her mistakes. She appreciates his calm nature and patience and finds him to be one of the only member of the Elite Guard she can freely talk to.
Sentinel struggles to show any time of positive feedback or respect for Rosecap, despite her importance to the team. He sees her as strictly expendable and her usefulness to the team is no different than that of a disc drive. It's often him in charge of her memories being transferred and he's likely the one to blame for the gaps that go missing.
This is my team!
