Appearance

A petite fox-like creature with light gray fur, a bushy tail, a ruff of black fur around the neck, and light blue forepaws/hindpaws. The tuft of fur on the head flows downwards and is tipped with a light blue color. Trish is often seen wearing a white scarf/muffler, as well as blue goggles to cover her 'miracle' eyes, whose irises turn into rainbow colors when her psychic abilities are active. Her forepaws are adorned with white ribbons.

Personality

Trish has always been the reserved and timid type, and would prefer to lurk/observe wherever she goes. While she sometimes keeps a mysterious vibe on the outside with her trademark goggles, she does have a warm, caring, and cheerful side. She may take awhile to open up in general, but she is always willing to help others when needed. If anyone tries to upset her, she would remain unaffected, as she has a very strong sense of patience; however, if it were to cross certain limits, the vixen does have quite the deadly side.

Abilities

While excelling in illusions to keep her away from danger, Trish's clairvoyance (via her passive "Miracle Eye") allows her to see nearly anything that others cannot see, such as auras. It is also thanks to this clairvoyance that she has exceptional precision with her aim. As a result, in battle, she performs very well at long-range. However, Trish is extremely vulnerable at close-range, especially while using telekinesis (via Psychic).

Backstory

Trish was originally human, living life as a Pokémon trainer with recognizable strengths and compassion. She was born in Alto Mare, before her family moved to LaRousse City. Although she has traveled everywhere as a human, the majority of her Pokémon journey took place in Hoenn.

During a part of her journey, Trish was casually passing through Forina, a cavernous valley with sacred origins. Forina was also rumored to be the hibernating place of the mythical wishmaker Jirachi, which only awakens when the millennium comet is active. Unbeknownst to her, she happened to arrive at the right time, as the millennium comet was expected to be active that very same week. However, little did anyone notice that there were also evil forces lurking about during that time. Later that evening, Trish witnessed the millennium comet in the sky, and the lands of Forina began to emanate a pulsing glow. She managed to track down where the pulsing glows were coming from, only to find a glowing stone in the middle of the valley. As she slowly touched it, the stone transformed and Jirachi emerged from it. The girl was curious about the Pokémon, but she smiled nonetheless. As Jirachi opened their eyes, Trish was the first thing they saw.

"You look like someone... who would cherish their friends! What's your name?" a telepathic voice spoke to her, with the voice seemingly coming from the wishmaker. By then, Trish realized who she was with, and she replied with her name. She then offered to keep the wishmaker company, and she would also let her own Pokémon interact with Jirachi and the other wild Pokémon in the area. They would all play with one another for days on end... until the last day of the awakening came, when evil forces began their strike.

During this catastrophic event where unknown evil forces attempted to manipulate Jirachi's powers, Trish was nearly killed while saving the humanoid wishmaker from their grasp. Before her mortally wounded body gave out, Jirachi used Healing Wish on Trish, as their thanks for rescuing them. Although Healing Wish helped heal Trish's injuries, it caused drastic side effects... which included turning her into a Pokémon. The result was a Zorua; not only with illusionist abilities, but also with psychic abilities involving clairvoyance and telekinesis. After saving her, Jirachi entered back into the rock cocoon, signifying that they will go back in hibernation in order to regain their energy. Because it will be a very long time before the wishmaker awakens again, Trish had no other choice but to embrace life in her current form.

The newly-transformed Trish uttered, "Even though we have only been friends for a week... you were really willing to save my life. For that, I am very blessed and grateful to you. I don't know when we will be able to meet again, but I will remember this day forever. I hope you will still remember me like this when we see each other once more..."

Because of this turn of events, Trish had to end her career as a trainer and let her Pokémon go. She would miss them dearly, but with such strong bonds of friendship, they respected her decisions and held no judgment for her conditions. A couple of days later since the incident, it was reported to her family that Trish went missing, unaware of what has really happened to her. The former human was nowhere to be found in that world.

Ongoing Story

At this point, Trish's path branches out, constantly wandering about until she has found a world to fit in. In any timeline that she occurs in, she will have her past memories retained. And what remains the most consistent is that Trish has a significant other in Midnite the angelic Dark/Flying Zorua.
