Orlando

Orlando is the most feared horse at the stable, thaught by many to be an uncontrollable monster.

His owner swears he is a good boy and can be controlled, but is largely disbelieved, especially after the accident. Thomas gains quite some reputation by approaching Orlando (seemingly) without fear, and proving that at least for him, Orlando CAN be controlled quite effortlessly. The stallion is actually a good horse, he's just young and likes to test who is and isn't brave/strang enough to give him orders. Also, being an unfixed male not used for breeding, he does have priorities that disable good behaviour until satisfied (he is later 'fixed' via chamical kastration, making him a lot calmer and safer around mares).

Orlando is young, inexperienced and well out of practice after a long break, as well as a little overweight. He is, however, willing to do his absolute best for a bit of honest praise and especially for extra carrots. He trusts Lisa and Thomas to lead and protect him, but gets nervous if they're nervous, which can lead into a downward spiral of anxiety for both.

Moods/Poses:

He's young, powerful and dominant. Likes to show off and intimidate, so his ears are often flat against his neck, especially while handled. Occasionally may be caught looking cute and with open curiosity. Giant hellhorse outside, soft puppy inside.

May be ridden by Thomas (beginner lessons, often on a lead rope), or Albert (up to intermediate level, limited by Orlandos skill, not Alberts). Dressage Lessons (both), Outside walks/rides (Thomas will need to lead on foot or be lead, Albert can ride freely), later Groundwork/Horsewalking (Albert), and Jumping lessons (Thomas).

Eva can also handle Orlando, she may give Thomas some therapy lessons on him or let Eddie lead him on walks as she accompanies them on her horse Blümchen.

Lisa may later ride him again as well, but since she's recently wheelchair bound, they have quite some training left for Orlando to carry her safely.

Clothing/Equippment:

Eventing equippment (combined gear for dressage/ jumping/long treks outdoors). Various color gear. May borrow Blümchen's vaulting equippment for therapy lessons.
