Valentine

A hopeless romantic that lives only to match people together in his perfume/cologne store.
Love is in the air, and it never smelled better.

The human population is growing at an alarming rate. To many, this is a problem. They only want to rid the world of these parasites, to kill either to stave off their boredom or for the mere pleasure of killing. Valentine, however, saw a bright side to this. If there were more people, then there were more couples, and there was nothing he loved more than being the reason behind people falling in love.
And so Valentine entered the mortal world, taking on a fitting appearance and opening up a meager store in a popular mall. He took a love potion crafted by centuries of family traditions and secrets and put it into his bottles of cologne and perfume, using it to help heartbroken wanderers find their soulmate. 

Notes: Milkman makes too many good designs gdi, and Valentine just C L I C K E D. You know that feeling when you see a character and their story is practically writing itself in your mind? That's what happened. And I love both that and him.

Personality: Valentine is very friendly and loud, he's the kind that would ambush you with obnoxious greetings as soon as you step foot into his store. He always wants to help, and is more than happy to lend an ear to one with troubles. However, he can also be quite dumb and oblivious, usually just smiling and pretending to listen even though he doesn't understand what you've said. He loves romance in every form and will gladly recite poems to you while helping you pick the right cologne/perfume, and in doing so he can come off as charismatic. Despite that, he seems to be heavily narcissistic and is truly in love with himself the most.

Non-Human Abilities:

- Enhanced Abilities - Because he isn't human, Valentine's strength and speed are above average.

- Levitation/Flying - When he's alone with his coworkers he can often be seen floating around lazily, sometimes with the appearance of small wings or not. The full extent of this skill is unknown, even to him. 

- Healing Kiss - The power of love is the best medicine, and in Valentine's case, his kisses are too. His kisses can heal mundane injuries and illnesses.

Non-Human Weapons:

- Love Potion - Not necessarily a weapon; Valentine fills all his colognes and perfumes with this. It doesn't necessarily force those to fall in love with the first person they meet, but it does significantly enhance their chances with meeting someone best suited to them. Can wear off or have the effects removed. To have the effects removed, you must talk to Valentine or his employees.

Drawing Details: Loves red, so he usually always wears an outfit consisting of mainly red colors. Also likes to ornament himself with hearts, from his favored earrings to his suspenders. Oftentimes forgets to tie his bow tie on correctly. Has stubble, and a little mole under his right eye and one on his left cheek in the shape of a heart.

Fun/Extra Facts:

- Knows how to play the accordion and the harp.

- Loves to sing, but is always off key.

- Loves all kinds of candy, but chocolate's his favorite, and among that he loves dark chocolate and the ones that have cherries in them.

- Can tie knots out of cherry stems with his tongue.

- Different brands of cologne/perfume offer different effects, from a small infatuation for intimacy to wanting marriage.

- Has three employees he loves dearly.

- Generally loves everything.

- Always late on trends.

- Sponsors APAL'd (Arm Jr.'s band) in exchange for them wearing his colognes.

- Whether it's by the natural powers of cherubs or the sheer strength of his love for himself, but he's completely unaffected by powers involving infatuation. Sirens, succubi, abilities that require the foe hypnotizing him through any form of infatuation will only be met with a blank stare.
