Your name is LAUREN COLLIER and you're the definition of SHATTERING your PARENT'S EXPECTATIONS. Couldn't stay a PURE, CHRISTIAN girl now, could you? Your bedroom is full of enough SATANIC IMAGERY to make your great grandmother cry and wonder how her lineage led to this. You're a WILD CHILD though and through. PARTIES, RAVES, HEAVY METAL music blasting from your bedroom, and a BLACK WARDROBE are just the tip of the iceberg. Your mother had a hard time coming to terms with your interests and self-expression, but you never particularly cared for acceptance.
You're very SMART and always pull STRAIGHT As. You could probably become anything you ever wanted, but your DREAM JOB is to become a PROFESSIONAL PIERCER. Being a TATTOO ARTIST was also on your radar, but unfortunately... you CAN'T DRAW.
HARASSING your BROTHERS is one of your FAVOURITE PASTTIMES and you like to give them hell whenever they're home. What kind of sister would you be if you didn't? PRANK WARS are always going on in your household, and you've pulled some absolute bangers. The only one who you give UNDYING LOVE and AFFECTION to is your GIRLFRIEND Vanessa. Yeah, that was another shock to your mother's system. Just when you thought nothing you did would surprise her anymore, you came out with your wonderful HOMOSEXUALITY.
Lauren is a very down to earth type of girl. She's realistic and honest, and sometimes that can be taken as rudeness. She's the kind of person who takes no shit, and won't hesitate to twist the balls off someone who hits on her - which unfortunately happens quite often with her brother's boyfriend. She's hardy and competitive, much like the rest of the Collier clan.
An intelligent girl, she didn't have to study to get straight As in school. Pursuing a high end career isn't for her though, much to the chagrin of her family who insist she go into the medical field. She's still young, so as far as she's concerned her next few years are for drugs, partying, and getting up to mischief. University can come later, if at all.
She's generally quite laid-back despite being incredibly hot headed, and can get along with almost anyone. Her compassionate, patient, and caring side helps a lot with that, but if she doesn't like you she'll make it quite obvious with snarky remarks, disgusted faces, or being flat out ignored. Despite being kind, she's a bit nasty as well and tends to by a bit of a bully to those she's not close to.
She has a wild sense of humour and finds anything funny if it comes from the right person. She is an absolute riot to be around and will guarantee no-one will be bored in her company.
Lauren had a pretty easy life growing up, and had a pretty average experience. She grew up in a Christian household, with an absent father. Not totally absent, he just continued work in America when her mother decided to move to Australia before she was born. He still visted once a year and video called regularly.
Being the child of a Christian mother and father, she was expected to do things such as say grace, go to church, and be modest. She disliked doing all of those things and more, and quickly began to shift from her parents' expectations as she started to get a sense of herself growing up. She hit her emo phase early and it only got deeper as she aged, and she started wearing all black and dipping her toes into the world of the occult, which terrified her mother at first. She tried her hardest to remove all satanic imagery from her child's life, but over time she settled down and realised it wasn't doing any harm, and hey, if it was making her daughter happy, it couldn't be that bad. Her loyalty to the bible was really tested when Lauren brought Vanessa home claiming to be her girlfriend. Of course, her child came first. That was a no-brainer.
Lauren was also soon to find two brothers dumped in her lap from seemingly nowhere! She and her mother were waiting outside of a small independant store where her older sister, Danielle, worked, only to have two young boys run up to them begging for help. Well, it was more one boy ran up to them while dragging the other one, but regardless her mother leaped into action to save them. One thing lead to another and suddenly her family was increased by two. Unfortunately, despite one of the boys being the same age as her, she was still the baby in the family. Forever the little sister.
Unrelated to all of that, Lauren grew up with a boy called Lachlan and the two were very close all through childhood. Lachlan and Lauren often messed around making youtube videos together, but as he got older he decided he wanted to make a real channel. She supported him fully. He posted covers on youtube and was eventually picked up by a record label, and rocketed to instant fame. No-one outside of her close family and incredibly close and trustworthy friends knows she's tight with the superstar, as she'd rather steer clear of the spotlight. She does get free entry and backstage passes to all his gigs though, so there's a bonus to it.

Lauren is about 5'8" in height and has a fairly rectangular figure with broad shoulders. Her face shape is almost also rectangular, and she has barely defined cheekbones and a lot of freckles peppering her cheeks, shoulders, arms, and chest. She has naturally wavy/curly hair which she straightens, and it's naturally a dark brown. She dyes it black with a pink-dipped fade at the ends. Her piercings include septum, monroe, and lobe and double helix on both ears. Her piercings and earrings can be swapped and changed as she has a lot of jewlery.
She wears anything from edgy butch to gothic princess, and usually wears a choker. Examples of her fashion sense can be found here.

- Lauren's favourite drink is Xotics Bubblegum Vodka, and her favourite food is sour gummy worms. If she has both she always mixes them together.
- She has her own pet pigeon, a fancy lahore pigeon. She keeps it in the aviary with her sister's doves, which means it's now at her sister's house after she moved out with them all. She doesn't want to separate them.
- She and Lachlan have matching dog tag necklaces with their initials on them, as a friendship necklace kind of deal. He still wears his, she doesn't but keeps it in a box on her dresser.
- She's incredibly talented at longboarding. She's been skateboarding since she was about twelve or thirteen, but took up longboarding specifically around fifteen. It's her favourite mode of transportation.
- She plays netball. She played it as an extra-curricular sport in highschool and has kept it up after graduation.
- Her hair is naturally a little curly, not a lot but a little bit. She straightens it.
Danielle and Lauren both have a very good relationship, even if the two haven't been hanging out as much since she moved out. They used to share everything, except Lauren always refused her hand-me-down clothes as their styles were quite different. Despite being siblings, the two rarely ever fought, and Lauren always sought her guidance whenever she was having a problem and still does from time to time. Their bond is unbreakable.
Lauren was pretty excited to get a younger brother to bully, especially since Kiyung was initially quite reclusive and shy when they first met. Turns out, to her dismay, that Ki was actually about a month older than her. Shame. Once he started gaining a personality, they started to get along quite well, even if his abrasiveness still greatly annoys her sometimes. They always gossip and shop together, and were almost always joined at the hip in school. It's kinda cool having a sibling your age, after all!
Jaehyuk and Lauren don't really talk much, as Jae's not much of a talker, and she knows he usually prefers to keep to himself. That doesn't mean he's safe from a regular Sisterly Bothering, as Lauren always loves to tease him. She knows to show respect for his interests and hobbies however, because he geniunely gets quite upset if she makes rude comments about them as he has a hard time taking a joke. It took her awhile to realise that, but once she did their relationship became a lot better. She found it really hard to get to know him in the beginning and didn't really like him too much, but now they have a fond respect for each other.
Rahart was certainly something for her to get used to, as she had no clue having multiple personalities was a thing or that they were complete individual people in Jaehyuk's case. She definitely can say she likes Rahart just that little bit more, and the two are often engaging in prank wars at any given moment. Rahart's a lot more fun to be around than Jae, so she loves to bully him because his reactions are often very exaggerated and priceless. Despite being siblings and having their usual quips, they're best friends.
Lauren and her mother are like chalk and cheese, with her being very expressive and brash and her being a bit more conservative, but they are fairly close. When Lauren was beggining to grow into her own person, helen was pretty against it and tried to bring her back around to her ideas of what a young girl should be but gave up once she got to her teens. If her daughter was happy, to hell with anyone at her church or family members that commeneted on it. She's grown to be very supportive of Lauren, and will continue to support her for the rest of her life.
These two are the living definition of 'goth gf and pastel gf'. Lauren's all into the black and heavy metal, while Vanessa's more into the pinks and pop. They bring out the best in each other and compliment each other very nicely. When they're together, no-one is safe from their snarky critisism.
Lauren's one of the only people Caleb's actually himself around. That is, a blatant fasionista homosexual with a sense of humour and a shopping obsession. The two regularly go out together to browse the latest threads, even if their senses of style are the complete opposite from each other. They love ganging up together along with Kiyung and Vanessa to complete the quad of total bitches.
The Dream Meme Team. When these two get together you know it's just going to be snacks, stupid movies, weed, and terrible meme jokes and trash humour. These two are almost always laughing about something ridiculous when they're together, and are the epitome of 'chill'.
Lauren truthfully isn't the nicest to Erik. She playfully bullies him like the rest of their friends do, but like them she doesn't realise that it actually really really upsets him. He always plays the jokes off as 'haha funny' but never speaks up about how they're making him feel, so she thinks they're fine. Despite considering him a friend, she doesn't care for him much. He's the one in the group that's there, but is never invited to anything. She's none the wiser to this, and just doesn't invite him out because he always seems to bring a dark could with him.
These two aren't necessarily 'rivals' per se, but she can't stand him. She finds him disgusting as he constantly flirts with her and pushes boundaries. She usually rewards him with a firm kick to the balls or a painful nipple twist or two. She has to deal with him due to him being her brother's boyfriend, and Alistair insists he's not really that bad. She does know that he only does it to rile her up, she just hasn't really figured out a way to do the same back. Once she does, he better watch out.
