Before she could grow out her 2nd tail, a great celestial war occur. Her people and even her God "vanished" at some point during the war. Only a select few of Kitsune had survived. Yoko, who hid herself in a game of hide and seek with her mother, was one of them. After she came out of her hiding place, God knows how long, she came to learn of the new reality. That is the post celestial war.

Her mother was gone, too. And the places and culture was either gone or changed so much beyond recognition. She didn't know where to go. Luckily for the young fox, she was able to meet with her kin, an eight tailed fox. And soon many others.

Years has passed after the war, the celestial foxes who were left built a place of worship. And as years pass, by eons too, each of them grew a tail. Strangely, those who grow their 9th tail vanish. To where? No one knows, but the foxes believe they ascend to the place where Inari and the other ancient foxes resides..

Hundred years and many more pass by, and Yoko the youngest was finally alone, left as the only ancient descendant of Celestial Foxes. Hundred years and many more pass by, Yoko grew her 9th tail. However...

Hundred years and many more pass by, Yoko still has not ascended despite reaching of age. She has done many things to help her ascenscion, even to the point of being banished for years, and yet to no avail.

Still, She'll search for a way to bring her back home, to mother and the others. To find the truth of the old kingdoms whereabout. Until the end of the universe itself. But just working and searching can be exhausting some times. Until that time comes, why not cause some jeopardy along her journey?
