Anima

Anima is an 18 year old Goat, who is the child of Aetheria and Valeria. Born by magic that alters genetics that allowed Valeria to not only father a child despite being biologically female, but with a goat. As far as Anima's genetics show, she is a typical child of two goats. She also has four sisters, though they aren't related by blood, given they have none. The four are the elementals Aquaria, Hestria, Avani and Inazuma. She also has her best friend, Apres Midi in her life, and the two are very close, being born only a day apart, Anima is older by a day.

A mage of many schools like her mother Aetheria. But she has an affinity for fire. She never knows why, it was tough learning that fire magic, and she did start a fire in the cathedral while learning that required Hestria to help her out. But, she sticks to it! Aside from that, she's more even in her learning of other magics, excluding some of the darker arts, though Valeria already has planned how to teach her soul magic, as one day Anima could want her own elementals, at least Valeria hopes that's the case, and that she's not accidentally unleashing something evil. But Anima is Aetheria's daughter alright, and has a strong sense of using magic carefully and correctly.

As she grew up around her best friend Apres, and thus music, she has picked up the guitar at age 16, and has kept with it well, and is pretty good on her guitar. She has researched the idea of using music to channel magic.

She's also fond of doing magic while Apres films her. She can't really act much, but she just has a blast with heavily controlled setups that allow her to use her magic to make an effect that no CG or practical effects setup could match on that scale. She's also very close to Apres outside of movies, as best friends typically are! They are even planning on moving into the guest house on Claire's property. Claire is the mother of Apres, and they have reached an arrangement and those 6 months in the guest house is to teach them how living on their own will be like.

As her 18th birthday came, Aetheria had a big surprise for her. Many years back, Anima had her powers limited by a seal. Due to the nature of her creation, Aetheria didn't want to take chances. But now, at 18 she's an adult, and Aetheria knows this is how to go. The seal is severed, and Anima's power is truly awakened. It's much too soon to see what she'll do, but they two are already in talks of what will be Anima's home. Much like the Cathedral is Aetheria and Valeria's, Anima too will have a place that's her own, and connected to the teleportation network.

Anima has also discussed the idea of a different kind of Elemental, one that's essentially a spirit, bound to the world, much like how Valeria binds spirits of the deceased to the realm. This way would not need Soul magic like the original Elementals did. Well, if they figure out the way to go about it and make it work. So far, it's been a tough mystery to crack. But with 3 mages on the case, it shouldn't be long before they get a lead. That is if Anima feels it's a good time to start with Elementals this early in her life.

Another side effect of the seal break is that Anima is now able to extend her life with her magical power. She'll still grow and age as normal until around the age of 25, like her mothers. But well, for Anima, ever since the seal was lifted, she's been more or less herself, just with enhanced abilities. She's now spending more time with her elemental sisters, understanding the nuances of elements. Except for Inazuma, who is distant most of the time. Aetheria has stepped up to teach her about air and lightning in Inazuma's absence. Every day is an adventure for Anima now. Even more so than before.

She lives in the guest house of Claire, she and Apres are renting it out, and understanding about living as an adult. Anima plans to ask Apres to move into her true house once it's found, well at least if Apres wanted to. They each have their own bedroom, and share the common living space. Anima has research materials and magical experiments there, while Apres has set up her editing station for her photos and videos. They also share common things such as furniture and a TV. This however changed as they began dating awhile back. For the most part it is the same, but they now share a bedroom, with the now vacant one housing Apres' equipment for her work!

Anima has recently created the Oni, Aurora. It was quite a lot of work, but she built upon the previous work her mothers did when it comes to magical beings, which helped immensely. Anima was finally able to take the crystal to the northern most part of the world, and with the Aetherial Aurora providing a massive boost to magical ability, Anima was able to bring her Oni friend to life.
