Yuuto Yamata 山田 悠 人 'Cottonmouth'

I. Quirk: Healing Needles - Sews wounds back together. The cotton he uses is his hair and they heal anything, even mortal wounds.

However the cotton from his hair can be pulled and turned into weapons if Yuuto feels threatened at all.

II. His hair grows abnormally fast, allowing him to use his hair freely for healing and weapon usage.

III. This is his hero costume! He tries to keep it airy and baggy in order to stay cool since he tends to 'overheat' when using his quirk.
