Low key Toxtricity / Seviper

Need to decide: Comfort Character or Sona. -just sits and nibbles on the blade tail possessively-

Rau is a serious, protective personality. He looks intimidating, and has a hard time showing his emotions correctly, but is genuinely soft and sweet and just wants what's best for those around him, even at the risk of his own safety if it comes to it.

Sometimes he seems "Act first, think later" but in reality, he considers the situation every time, and just scraps the negatives in weighing the consequences. After all, in a split second decision, what's a few missteps when it's weighed against the safety of others?

Moveset:
Wrap / Poison Tail
Charge / Thunder Shock / Shockwave / Discharge / Spark
Night Slash / Dragon Tail
Noble Roar / Screech / Round / Metal Sound / Boomburst

Move breakdown:
Wrap = Just coils around the enemy with his tail.
Poison Tail = Wrap, just with poison coating his tail and blade.
Charge = Stores electricity
Thunder Shock = Releases a relatively weak electric shock into the air
Shock Wave = A quick pulse of electricity
Discharge = A charged pulse of electricity
Spark = Coats self in electricity and charges
Night Slash = Cuts with the blade of his tail
Dragon Tail = Uses his tail to fling the opponent away
Noble Roar = An intimidating roar to demand attention and make it clear that he's here to deal with things.
Screech / Metal Sound = Ear-splitting sounds to diffuse a situation (Though he doesn't like using these two attacks)
Round = A more subtle attack from him, or one he uses when around others that know him and the songs he attacks with. (He likes using this one with groups that know the attack as well, since it's a quick table turning tactic)
Boomburst = His strongest attack that he tries to limit using. He can't control it, and the destruction from the vibrations can trigger terrain effects/damage. Good against many opponents when he doesn't have to worry about not hitting someone/thing
