Is this exclusive to worlds? I wouldn't mind using this as my main profile code but I wanted to be certain before purchasing.

Nope, not exclusive to worlds. It's HTML only so it can be used on any kind of Toyhouse page without issue! HTML doesn't change any of the site's main code. It's just designed to host world/project info.

Dumb question but I've been away from TH for so long I'm having a hard time remembering how it works... is this CSS or just HTML?

edit: Also, the links under navigation- are those intended to change the main body text, or link to another page?

The code is HTML, with optional CSS if you want to import the custom fonts -- it will work just fine with standard HTML just not display the custom fonts. The links are not tabs, they're intended to link out to pages on a world. All my tabbed codes specify they are tabbed and will display as such in the preview.
