Q: Can I use the design in commercially or in a project (comic, video, etc)?

A: Yes! Just please don't use my art without asking me first and crediting me.

Q: Can I upload your art/design to 'x site'?

A: If it is not an AI 'art' site then yes! Just make sure to credit my TH or DA. 

Q: Can I co-own your designs?

A: Yes but please notify me* first so I don't assume it was stolen. I allow a max of 3 different profiles to be made but you can co-own with as many people as you like. Please keep in mind I will also not be dealing with any disagreements with co-owners or future buyers. 

*You could also make a note in the ocs profile(s)

Q: Can I add my TOS or Blacklist to your designs?

A: No, you may not. 

Q: 'X' and I agreed to a tradeback but they sold/traded/gave the design to someone else! Can I revoke it?

A: No. 

Q: Can I void your design from 'x species'? 

A: Yes - you do not have to ask me.

In regards to orphanage (or even just buying a design from someone else) adding on extra rules.

Outside of having to follow claiming / offering rules, you do not have to follow any extra rules they add about my designs - meaning if an orphanage account has a rule saying you can't draw gore of the character, you don't have to follow it.

If you get one of my designs from someone else, they can never revoke it unless they were scammed via chargeback, traced/stolen art or characters, etc.
