other than that, the only thing i would require is to not make designs CS without my permission, or at least letting me have an MYO pass for the species loll

i don't do refunds unless i genuinely want to buy a character back, with comms, partial or full refunds are ok depending on how much i have done 

obv don't steal my work. tracing, referencing, and heavy referencing the line art of my work is ok as long as I'm credited and if it's not a commission work/something for another person and the other person is okay with that  

resales are okay no matter the price, but if you let me buy em back i usually won't offer higher than i sold em for unless you added art

commercial use for designs are fine, but if you're using any artwork for commercial use and are making like 50+ I would want some of the profit lol
