Once a singer at a club in The Digital Realm's city, Alice always talked a big game about finding her place in the world, and getting out of town, but never really followed through.

“Curiouser and curiouser!”
Curiosity was always one of Alice's strongest traits, and it's what ultimately had her following along with Synch when she invited her through the Gate to The Burrow to be a part of the Cirque.

"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense."
The nonsensical nature of Cirque du Mervielle - and particularly of it's handsome ringmaster - has felt more like home to Alice than anywhere else she's ever been. Here she feels like she can be herself, and it doesn't matter that she sticks out for doing so - whether as an AW0001 in The Burrow, or simply as odd, loud, and obnoxious - because she's here with a bunch of others that stick out too.
