PAST
Before ingesting the poptopus, Kai lived off the streets of Venice, Italy. It was near the water that they found the strange blue octopus creature and consumed it.
ASSASSINATION WORK
Venice is their home base, as they are an excellent swimmer and often use the many canals of the city to escape pursuit after a successful contract. However, they will travel where ever needed to fulfill their duty. One of their favorite disguises is as a maid, allowing them to enter places unremarked. This habit also earned them their moniker, The Mer-maid.
