Likes to play a trumpet & French horn and also uses them for battle. His sword takes the form of a small stickpin when not in use, and stored in his neck scarf.
Profile
Formerly Tsubaki Shirogane.
He's a Steel Sword Meister and The Resistance's new Governor, after their previous Governor was impeached. Kōtetsu runs The Resistance with less of a tight fist and with more grace, as well as being the first Governor to repeal The Resistance's past discriminatory laws against Non-Folk Anthros and disabled anthros. He has also saved Shasta from his demise and helped him regain his confidence (and inspired Shasta's love for music!).
He also takes on the job of being the Resistance's counselor, helping members with their problems and helping them grow.
Kōtetsu is a kind, generous, and patient individual who sees worth in each and every member of The Resistance. He also acts as a mentor figure to his fellow Weapon Meisters and their apprentices, and always tries to meet them at their level. However, he also has an obnoxious streak with playing with trumpet and French horn loudly, and often wandering into caves and other mines to find rare stones.
