Because of Esme's distant nature, she can come off mysterious and mature. While she has manners of a noble, many can be put off after learning about her playful tendencies. She treasure authenticity over everything, which is to say she likes to tease to see other's true intentions and reactions. Flattery does not work on Esme as she would not hide her disinterest in it. Nevertheless, she can appreciate a genuine compliment from time to time. She adores all the simple things in life like that.

Though she might seem and act careless, her fault is overthinking. She holds herself to a high standard in all that she does, as she doesn't want to lose anyone dear to her. That being said, she is motherly when it comes to her loved ones, often checking in by either doting or spoiling them. If Esme grows fond of someone, it is guaranteed they will always reside in a small piece of her heart.
