This guide is for anyone who wants to make their Toyhouse account more complete. It also links to important tools on the site.

Upload references
Write a bio
Add ribbons (they describe your character or show achievements)
Give them tags (for organization and/or search-ability)

Upload existing art
Give character tabs/subgalleries thumbnails. Find them all here.
Give your OCs "links" to other OCs. Every character has a built in tab for this. Here is an explanation.
Make subgalleries for gift art and do not use as a reference (Find this under "Manage Character" then "Tabs")
Replace thumbnails of art you don't want to see without clicking on it. This page has thumbnails for gore, NSFW, do not reference, and out dated design. Use the on site filters to tag your gore and NSFW art even if you decide to use these thumbnails
When uploading images that involve resources/bases, (such as the banner in the next line) make sure you check if they want to be credited normally or using the "off site method" so their art tab isn't flooded. This method means you put their profile or post link in the off site credit box
Make sure character credits and terms of use are up to date. This can be found in the "ownership" tab of every character. You can add additional design credits and terms of use notes. This is a great back up option encase the original posts are lost.
