[Athenai] Hesperus

Before Hesperus had his Yearwalk, his life made sense. He will never admit it but he misses not having to relive it every time he closes his eyes.

He stood in a room filled with decaying bodies, all trying to reach the ringed orb attached to the central pedestal in the plataform. In his trance, he reached for it, removing it from its containment. His mind screamed and flooded with inescapable truths so violently blunt he couldn't process them all at the same time and the room bursted into flames, lashing at him, clawing, burning and scorching knowledge into his eyelids and the fire consumed everything, he was the fire— 

Then Hesperus wakes up.
