Said by some to be the epitome of evil, she is considered in many realms a sorceress, though she is more of a special creation. Called eons ago by the voices of the undying gods, she left her human life to become something more- no longer human but not quite a god her powers are beyond what she could have ever considered them to be. Though she is tasked to maintain universal balance she is largely self-serving. Time is no longer linear, and she is able to bend time, space and manipulate physical objects. She also has a perchance for shiny objects, expensive clothing and exotic women. While she can take any form, she perfers the beauty of her human form and takes great price in her hair often styling it in unusual and elaborate styles. With the ability to jump space and time, her existence is not linear. Of course, you can not live more than one moment in that particular moment in that particular universe. If laid out in linear fashion, Gail is technically thousands of years old. She does not age, however she does have the ability to appear the age she chooses. Most of the time she appears around her mid 20s, while there is no documented reasoning for this it is rumored that she prefers to appear the age in which she last really 'lived'. The creation of a Warrant is a horrific, painful process. Few are chosen, only enough to keep the balance between chaos and harmony. Out of the few that are chosen for this 'job', less make it through the initiation process. It is considered more than a rebirth. Reborn, re-trained and stripped of all that you had been before, you exist with knowledge of many things, and the intent to retain the balance in the universes. Heeding the call of the Ancients, there are tasks or actions in which they must complete, however power corrupts over time and the need for directions from the Ancients wanes over time. These beings of chaos, upon their rebirth are branded with a series of runes. These runes may change size or design, however their colors are determined by the individual. The runes are the source of their powers. Without them, they will lose their abilities, however they would still be able to access certain resonating magicks left behind in the folds of reality by other Chaos beings. Most often, Gail these days can be found collecting other species as pets. She does have a 'home base' in her original birth realm, however she does not have a place she truely calls home.

Loosely, Gail is considered a chaos demi-god. Prior to her re-creation she lived in a time and age similiar to those of vikings. It has been many millenia since her transformationn and what little she does remember is vague, however the traits of her warrior background still influence her ations to this day. Though she is not large in stature, she is quick in mind and in body, and has little regard for the feelings or comfort of others. It's commonly known that Gail is an individual who has a taste for the richer things in life. She fancies fancy hairstyle and dress, and has a fascination with different time period styles. She thoroughly enjoys any kind of duels, whether brains or brawn, and has a complete disregard for most life. There is little Gail truly cares for. She does have a 'working relationship' with some of her kind. She also spent the better part of 1,000 years with Erix, another Warrant. However, in the vastness of eternity they since drifted apart. Focused too much on their own individual needs, Erix has become something focused on much beyond his assigned existence, and Gail has become a bitter being, jaded on most interpersonal relationships with a complete disregard for the life or well-being of lesser creations. There is little that would be considered 'redeeming' about Gail, she is capable however of surface emotions. She does have a few lesser life-forms that she cares about when the time suits her, however on a human level she is completely egocentric and does little for others that would not benefit her, however her entire second life has been created just for this. The Ancients just look, and exist.
