velli is a guardian whos power level matches that of ice king. he teaches kids in the island how to respect plants. and anyone who dares to destroy his nature will perish. for he is very protective of it.
he is most active at spring and summer where he will produce tons and tons of pollen and it looks pretty but also absolute hell for anyone who has allergies. when it is winter he hibernates. at this time the ice king looks after him.

since he considers himself the prettiest guardian he cares alot about his appearance. he needs weekly clippings on his plants else they get too long and he trips on them. plants and flowers spawn in his presence because hes that gorgeous [his words]. he also has been learning french and pretends to be fluent. nobody knows what hes saying nobody in the island speaks french so they think hes woa fancy french man??? shock emoji.

his fur turns white during winter. but there is a myth that it turns white when "love happens" in the island. so the islander believe hes the god of love. even tho he has never even had a s/o.

just like ice king he has memory problems. he doesnt remember who he was before becoming a guardian. ice king knows. but he wont tell him. :)
