About
Anya is a ghost that haunts the night district and can usually be found people watching in dark corners of dingy bars and smoking underneath streetlights. She tends to only come out at night and blends in with the various crowds of drunkards and other shady individuals who dwell there- due to her nature of being a ghost, she is hardly noticed by anyone unless she reveals herself to them (which is a rare occassion in itself). Anya can sometimes be found sat on the ledge of tall buildings, watching people from above and flicking cigarette butts off the side of wherever she's situated herself for the night.
Oftentimes, Anya can come across as apathetic or cold when talking to others but she is actually quite an emotional person and cares a lot for her close friends. She has late diagnosed autism and struggled from a young age to communicate and express her feelings to others, including her family. Anya has a few special interests including fashion (specifically designing), olympic figure skating and owls. Her clear love for fashion as a child caused a large miscommunication between her parents and her as they introduced her to various modelling agencies and photography studios. Eventually, Anya became a famous model for her unique looks and demeanour.
The circumstances around Anyas death are kept a secret from the public for unknown reasons, though there are several rumours regarding what happened to her ranging from murder, suicide to a simple accident at work. The most widely believe speculation is that Anya had committed suicide due to the maltreatment she received from her family and her workplace to make sure that she continued to be the perfect model.
Trivia
Anya's special interest in fashion design has amassed her a great knowledge of different designers. Her personal favourites are Christian Dior, Coco Chanel, Thierry Mugler and John Galliano. Anya prefers vintage runway looks to modern day fashion but can appreciate more recent work.
Anya's favourite owls are Snowy Owls and she has always wanted one as a pet. Her other favourite owls are Barred Owls and Barn Owls.
She is extremely protective of her hair, taking great pride in how she has maintained it over the years. Anya likes to make it known that the pale, platinum blonde colour is all natural and so is the length (ending just below her rear, brushing the tops of her thighs).
Anya only wears white and is adamant on not wearing any other colour. If she has to wear jewellery, she makes sure it is made from crystal or pearls and that the clasps are silver.
Due to her form as a ghost, she can sometimes appear to have no colour to her at all. She seems to become monochromatic, aside from her eyes which stay a pale blue.
Relationships
Luka and Anya Alexeyev are siblings by blood and grew up together- despite this, they have never have a close relationship. Anya cares for her younger brother but struggles to show it in a way he understands, causing Luka to foster a resentment towards her after mistaking her lack of emotion as a lack of care. This relationship followed the two of them until Anya's untimely death, with Luka begrudgingly visiting the funeral.
Anya and Mikaela knew each other for a short period of time before Anya's death. They considered each other friends and would talk regularly via text. Mikaela and Anya would often talk about fashion due to Anya's interest in it and Mikaelas fiancé (Tiffany) being a designer.
Anya and Tiffany were not close but had a mutual respect for each other due to them both being close to Mikaela. Anya has a deep respect for Tiffany due to her work as a fashion designer, while Tiffany respects Anya for being a model.
Mutual acquaintances that sometimes people watch together. Damien and Anya often drink together in dark corners of dingy clubs and bars and seem to find a comfort in each others presence for the sense of normalty it brings.
