• Runs a small arcade set up in a shop near one of the larger markets found on the main mhoat island. He's a newer face and very much a curiosity to mhoats, but he seems to be integrating himself quickly and introducing mhoats to more casually fun games that aren't confined to festivals and special events. His shop has some regular carnival games, but there are also some magically enhanced games that make a mhoat feel more immersed in a particular activity.
• Has a little army of slime frogs that watch the games and reward tickets to the mhoats who take part. They hold the tickets in their stomach and will roll out a little row of them resembling a tongue, they also give a high pitched squeak and make angry noises whenever they catch a mhoat trying to trick this little system.
