Iukto was Born of Demon Mother and Angel Father in Hell. Iukto grew up in hell and is more demon then angel in personality. 

His parents died when he was young, around age 8 due to their relationship being looked down upon, Iukto was also a target but his parents hid him well under the floor boards. 

Iukto lives his life like most lower level demons, stealing what he wants and what he needs all while keeping his blood identity a secret. 

Sometimes Iukto would visit the human world for fun but he actually likes to spend most of his time in Hell.
