Generally good with his hands in a “brute” way like he isn't afraid of how hard or dirty it is, sometimes can lack accuracy but get the job done.

Likes to fix problems, not dwell on them. Daredevil doesn't wallow, and he doesn't see the point in hashing out all his issues for no purpose. He gets agitated by having to spend a lot of time listening to someone complain who doesn’t want to be offered any practical advice.

Backstory:  

Daredevil was stolen from his parents before he even hatched. Thankfully for him, an elderly shyguy had found his egg, and they raised him as their child. Growing up, he was always the type to get into trouble or perform dangerous stunts to impress his friends. Often this would cause his father to need to rescue him. He didn't understand danger or the fact he could've died.

They were together as a happy family on the island for years. That was before The Shroobs came. He was almost eaten alive by the Yoob, but shyguy had pushed him out of the way, sacrificing himself so he could escape. He would end up going to the Mushroom Kingdom.

The young Daredevil was utterly devastated by losing his only parental figure. It made him realize that you can die at any moment and that life is short, and youth is even shorter. After this point in his life, he'd make every day count to thank his father.
