Sylph

A Nymph whose the guardian of a sacred realm. She protects the mountains and the people living near them. She's around 2000 years old and basically immortal as long as she keeps the realm alive. If it dies, she dies as well. 

• Sylph doesn't really like talking to people, she gets very awkward and uncomfortable if she has to.
• She has a wife, Sai, whose also a Nymph and the guardian of the forest near the mountains.
• She also had a daughter, called Alnair, who she actually wanted to become the new Nymph after her. Alnair died, however, leaving only her own daughter May behind
• Sylph loves May a lot, but after what happened to Alnair she's very overprotective and scared of her leaving the realm and not being able to protect her. This has already led to several fights between them 
• She has a deep emotional bond with both Sai and May, which allows her to talk telepathically to them and feel their pain whenever they get hurt. She had that same kind of bond with her daughter.
• The Tattoos on her body are symbols for the several other realms which exist in the world.
