Adisa's parents divorced at young age, he always blamed himself for it and so did his father. His mother left with another man and Adisa was stuck with his father, he had a older brother but he was way older and no longer lived with their parents before they divorced. 

Adisa was eventually sent away to school for high school as his father practically hated seeing him.
