Content Warning

I've added this warning to make sure everyone is aware of a few rules I have for my profile and characters. Due to recent events and issues with stealing my characters or using them as inspiration for custom designs, I am now taking the time to remind everyone that this is not okay. Do not use my characters as "inspiration" for your own when ordering a custom design. This confuses people who are playing relatives to my characters. Do not claim a character of mine as your own, or steal their design in any way. I will find out, because I have many friends that are active in this community who will reach out to me if they suspect anything. I repeat, using my designs but changing the name, history, or personality is not allowed.

Recently, someone tried to claim Malphas' design as their own. They roleplayed this character in 1x1 roleplays on discord, and tried their best to cover their tracks. It worked, because this person used Malphas' design for 3 years before it was finally caught. Another person reached out to me, claiming that I had stolen their friend's character and that they would report me if I did not admit to stealing it. Turns out, the thief was using the original Design from Chickensmoothie thinking that since I was no longer active on that site, the design was up for grabs. The theif did commission artwork of Malphas' design, so if you see artwork that I don't have on his toyuhouse page, you can assume it is not offical artwork of Malphas.
