ABOUT

Lhaikha, just as Asghar is a primordial dragon that arised when what we now call the Old World was created. As a creature with no purpose, Lhaikha started wandering around in this world, curiously exploring the nature and the creatures that emerged with it. They felt excited to be part of this creation and wanted to interact and live in it - but because they are a huge, immortal and sentient being, the littlest thing they did had a huge impact on the world around them, causing a stressful imbalance. This made Lhaikha feel guilty and they fled away to instead watch over the world in silence, giving space to it's inhabitants and swearing not to interfere with it again. As time passed and Lhaikha kept to their promise, the world's ecosystem slowly evolved. During this time, Asghar became bored of simply watching and began theorizing that causing mass destruction would push the world and it's lifeforms to evolve faster, which in turn would be more interesting and entertaining to watch for the two primordial dragons. As such, Asghar decided to play out this experiment and destroyed the world, while Lhaikha watched without interfering him. Bringing mass destruction weakened Asghar and brought him into a deep slumber at the center of the world. He had been right, for after the old world had died, a new ecosystem developped in it's place, in the ruins around the sleeping dragon. Each creature struggled for it's own survival and grew with along with this new environment. Lhaikha felt excited to see this world evolve so much quicker than before, a spark of curiousity and wonder once more lighting up. This inspires Lhaikha to registrer every creature, to study them and their interaction with the enviroment, hoping to understand it more with the dream of one day become part of it again and walk among them. After a long slumber Asghar awakens and learns that his theory had been a success, seeing how it became a new ecosystem with complex organisms. It makes him realize the power they held, to be able to reshape the world whenever he became bored of it. At this discovery he continues to demolish the world again and again and again, going back into slumber every time. Lhaikha thrived on watching the world crumble by Asghar's hand, after all, with each time passing, new creatures could be discovered and studied. However, Lhaikha began to feel concerned after the fifth cycle of destruction and rebirth they went through. What was the point of gathering information about a world that was doomed to be destroyed? It made a sense of guilt wash over Lhaikha. Guilt over watching Asghar destroy the world over and over in an attempt to entertain them in their struggle of finding purpose and a place to belong to. After all they were immortal. There must be more to this. Being tired of watching the world die and revive all the time, Lhaikha decides to descend down to this new, broken world for the first time in a long time with the hopes of developing a more meaningful interaction with it. Instead of being a watcher in the distance, desiring to feel it, experience it, be part of it. Lhaikha encounters Humans; the first species they discovered that were capable of things other than survival. These creatures had complex thoughts and were able to create and design. They formed cultures and made art. It was fascinating, but as Lhaikha tried to approach them, they fled in fear, so Lhaikha left them alone, instead watching them grow in silence from a distance once again. Humans however start having a huge impact on the world around them. As they grow, other creatures disappear. They destroy and interact carelessly with this fragile world - in a similar way Asghar does and it frustrates and angers Lhaikha. They did not want neither Asghar nor Humans to destroy their home and this time, decided to interact with them, in order to stop their careless actions. However, when Lhaikha went to speak to the humans and stop them from continuing to harm the world, they did not realize that humankind had learned of their existance through their ancestors and not a positive way it was. Mankind had created a Weapon against the primordial dragon in case they would be coming back, to destroy them. Lhaikha struggled but tried to talk with humans, they enters in communication and Lhaikha tries to explain their pacifist intends, it was almost working, but little did they know that at this very same time, Asghar woke up as well. Panicked, Humankind decided to launch the weapon, whether it was going to work or not in order to get rid of the now two Primordial Dragons. They were certainly not prepared for what this weapon was capable of.. It made the world crumble around them, wiping out everyspecies, including mankind themselves. The World was broken again. Not a single life would emerge out of this new world. Out of anger, and with nothing to destroy and rebuild, Asghar leaves the Old World and Lhaikha is left with a world that does not rebuild itself anymore. Out of sadness, Lhaikha cries and their tears fall into the world. For a long time the world downs in those tears. But little does Lhaikha know that beneath those tears, the world is cleansing itself and in time, a new ecosystem begins to emerge. Slow as time heals, Lhaikha learns to interact with it, growing along as the world begins to bloom with new life.
