Vlad, while openly being honest to play and toy with his victims and enemies, does prefer to truly strike from the shadows. Sight is knowledge, and not being able to see your opponent is one's downfall. He enjoys seeing the panic in their eyes when they can't find him, only to be struck down moments later with his silver bullets or daggers. He's got lots of practice with aim, after all. |

The modus starts with 36 slots, each tied to a dice roll outcome. Items are stored in the order in which they are captulogued. In order to decaptulogue an item, you must roll the number that they were captulogued on. You can add more slots the more dice you add to the modus. Decaptuloguing items is based on probability, so you might not get the item you need at the time you need it, but hey, you can learn how to use any item in any situation! |

Vladim is a rainbow drinker, and as such has rainbow drinker abilities. These include: - The ability to walk in the sun - Glowing eyes and skin (but he has learned how to turn it off and on) - Drinker Fastness (incresed speed and agility) - Supernatural self healing HYPNOTISM Like human vampires, Vladim has the power to hypnotize his victims upon looking into their eyes. The effects are very short-term and are more emotionally related than mind-control related. His hypnotism lasts around 10-15 minutes. Vladim often uses this ability to lure his victims into having fun and playing one last great game before their demise at his hands. |
BIOGRAPHY

| appearance | Vladim is a 6'0" with a slim and toned build. His hair is a very dark green with a streak of red at the front. He has facepaint in the shape of a half mask on his face that he reapplies every day. He wears a slightly off-white ruff around his neck, a very light green, puffy and comfortable shirt, red jeans, and combat boots. His shirt has a v-cut and stops right under his pectoral muscles. On top of it all, Vladim dons a black cape with a green inside that connects to itself across his chest with a gold chain. |
| personality | Just a silly guy! Vlad is pretty laid back. He’s honest and upfront, even daring to lure his victims in with a bold flyer that says “FEAST YOUR EYES, VAMPIRE CLOWN”, so they can know what they’re walking into. He’s very good with secrets, and because of his laid back and no judgmental demeanor, people find it easy to tell him things. He pretends like the secrets don’t matter to him, but if need be, he’s not above using them as a power play. He likes to play, whether it be with his victims or his friends, and doesn’t mind being alone most of the time - he can easily entertain himself. Vlad himself is very sentimental, even going so far as to keep trinkets of his victims as a way of remembering how much fun he had with them and as a way of expressing gratitude for the meal they provided him. |
| backstory | Vlad didn’t feel remorse after his first kill - instead he felt elated. Free, even. Though he knew he couldn’t stay in the caverns anymore - not after drinking the blood of the head of command for the supply division. He cleaned up quickly, thanked her for the meal and for allowing him to stay after hatching as a “defective jadeblood”, and took the simple gold ring she wore on her finger as a way of remembering her. She really was always very sweet to him - part of him thinks that’s what a lusus must be like, considering he never had one. But she’s dead now, so there’s really no need to think about such things.
He traveled, doing odd jobs here and there, hunting when needed, until he stumbled across the church. What a magnificent show they put on! What a display of frivolity and joy and blood! He begged the local clowns to teach him their ways and their tricks and their games…and they did. Something about him - or maybe it was his eyes? - made them cave and take him under their wing. Vlad learned all he could, from juggling to trapeze arts and all the skills between needed to become a professional clown. And afterwards, as a show of gratitude for all they had done for him, he ate them. He drank their blood until they were dry. He thanked them for the meal, and took other objects from them - a pin from one, a favored card from another - and kept them safe in a chest full of mementos from his victims that made him happy. Vlad kept them as a way of letting their spirit live on, and as a way of showing his eternal gratitude for their sacrifice for his hunger.
Eventually, Vlad was able to set up his own non-church circus, where he had a one man show that drew few in, and left even fewer guests leaving. He got by on looting the corpses, though he truthfully doesn’t need much money. Everything he had came from his victims, and he was just fine with that. Rooms upon rooms were filled with his beloved trinkets and mementos. He did eventually make a few friends, and he’s grateful everyday that he decided to spare them upon first meeting them - he loves his friends very much!
