Though the Blue Gang has its own ventures, it's no secret that the majority of their funding comes from the insanely wealthy heiress Seong Lim. Wherever she goes, Seong captivates the attention of all. Even those who aren't starstruck by her drop-dead good looks can't help but to envy her fleet of exclusive supercars that she loves to show off. When your everyday car is a Dayonta SP3, there's precious little anyone can do to dampen your stride.
Seong mostly races alongside Blue Gang's dominant racer, James Li, as his navigator, but Seong herself is also a formidable racer in her own right. To those that complain that she only wins because of her car, she'll gladly smoke you in whatever car you put her in... on the condition that that car finds a new place in her collection after.
Seong loves to put on the airs of a ditzy rich party girl, but the truth is, she's as ruthless as she is apt. She blackmailed her abusive father out of his own fortune and position, and she continues to grow her seemingly endless wealth through clever investments. Even her indulgence, the uber rare supercars in her garage, have been carefully selected for their future resale potential.

Seong and James have a wildly passionate and chaotic relationship. Both James and Seong are major flirts, and love to taunt the other by flirting indiscriminately. All too often, their taunting each other often goes too far, and the pair announce their breakup ... for the fourth or fifth time that month. It won't be long before they're back in each other's arms again, making everyone else around uncomfortable... and maybe a little jealous.
Maria's magic touch is highly coveted amongst the street racing scene, and every hotshot mechanic is dying to apprentice at her shop. Somehow or the other, Chandler was able to impress her enough to land that coveted apprenticeship under the champion tuner.
His brusque demeanor often gives outsiders an unappreciative air, but that couldn't be further from the truth. Chandler hangs on Maria's every word, and though he is always eagerly and impudently offering suggestions and schematics, he's faithfully follows whatever wisdom Maria offers to temper his skyhigh (and often unrealistic) fantasies.
Nhi dotes on Admiral, which he loves, but Nhi is only Admiral's like... third favorite person.
