Tsukino is a supporting character appearing in the story project Starry Tree.
Supposedly the one representing Night itself the best, she has been chosen to be the president of Dreamingdom, and is the main ambassador of the Twilight Cosmos as well. Because she tries to remain as professional as possible, not much is known about her life before representing the land, nor about her personal tastes or informations.
Professional, practical but still caring for people, Tsukino isn't revealing much about herself. Her "superiors" however know her more personally since they've known each other for a long time. Despite this, she still maintains her professional and respectful attitude with these special people. Tsukino can been very strict, sometimes even cold due to her high position but still has a hidden soft side, revealing a slightly more human, or even selfish personality... although it happens pretty rarely.
One of the most distinguishable things in Tsukino's design is her skin and hair color lightening or darkening through time.
